Van 29 januari tot 29 november 2026 presenteert de Abbaye de Stavelot een reis door de evolutie van de Japanse grafische cultuur, van de traditionele ukiyo-e prenten uit de Edo-periode tot hedendaagse manga. Ontdek iconische werken van meesters als Hokusai, Hiroshige en Utamaro, naast originele tekeningen, dōga’s, celluloids en 3D-figuurtjes van geliefde mangahelden als Dragon Ball, One Piece, Naruto, Astro Boy, Saint Seiya en Nausicaä.

From January 29 to November 29, 2026, the Abbaye de Stavelot presents a journey through the evolution of Japanese graphic culture, from traditional ukiyo-e prints of the Edo period to contemporary manga. Explore iconic works by masters such as Hokusai, Hiroshige and Utamaro, alongside original drawings, dōgas, cels, and 3D figurines of beloved manga heroes including Dragon Ball, One Piece, Naruto, Astro Boy, Saint Seiya, and Nausicaä.
